Due to the nature of digital services and third-party integrations, all sales are considered final. Please review the following policy carefully.


General Policy

All payments made to Webly are non-refundable, except under special circumstances and solely at the discretion of our management team. Our services involve custom work, digital tools, and third-party platforms which do not support standard refunds.


Non-Refundable Services

A. Domain Name Registrations & Renewals

  • Non-refundable due to third-party registration policies from domain registrars. Once a domain is registered or renewed, it cannot be reversed or refunded.

B. Hosting Services

  • Non-refundable, as hosting services are provisioned through third-party infrastructure providers. These providers do not allow cancellations or refunds once a hosting account is created.

C. Digital Marketing Services

  • Non-refundable, because these services rely on third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc. Payments made to these platforms are non-reversible, and we do not control or reclaim funds once campaigns are launched.


Web Development & IT Projects

  • Payments for custom development or IT solutions are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • If a cancellation is requested before any work begins, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be issued at our discretion.

  • No refund is given for completed milestones or delivered work.


Satisfaction & Change of Mind

We aim for complete client satisfaction through communication and revisions. However, we do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Delays caused by the client

  • Dissatisfaction after approved work or usage


Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

  • Clients are requested to contact support@weblywp.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute.

  • Unjustified chargebacks may lead to account suspension and legal action.


Refund Request Process

If you believe you’re eligible for a refund based on this policy, please email us at support@weblywp.com with:

  • Full name and contact details

  • Invoice or transaction ID

  • Detailed reason for the request

We will review and respond within 7 business days.
